Obviously,tobecomethebestbusinessleaderthatIcanbe,Iwillneedtoovercomethesechallenges.Firstofall,Ibelievethatapositiveattitudeisagreatsteptowardovercominganyproblems.IhavemaintainedmypositiveoutlookthroughoutmycareerandIhavefoundthatithasbeenavaluableassetforovercomingmostdifficulties.Ialsobelievethattakingaproactiveapproachratherthanareactiveapproachwillnotonlybringanindividualmoreopportunities,butalsopreventssmallproblemsfrombecomingbiggerproblems.MyphilosophytowardsovercomingtheseobstacleswillbetocombineapositiveattitudeandaproactiveapproachtowardsmyeducationinyoureliteMBAprogram.

Secondly,Ibelievethatlearningfromexperiencedpeopleisbetterthanjuststudyingknowledgeofprofessionalsfromatextbook.IbelievethatyourMBAprogramwillprovidemewiththebestenvironmenttolearnfrommyprofessorsandclassmateswiththeirvariedanduniquebackgrounds.Icanlearnfromthemaboutthedifferentmethodsthattheyhaveusedtosolvepersonnelmanagementproblemssimilartomine.ThemanagementofseniorandmoreexperiencedpersonnelisadifficultchallengethatIamsuremanyothersintheMBAprogramwillhaveaddressedatsometimeduringtheircareers.

Finally,throughextensivestudy,interactionwithmyclassmatesandprofessors,andcontactwithothermanagementprofessionals,IbelievethatIcanlearnhowtomanagemytimemoreefficiently.Timemanagementskillswillgivemetheabilitytobalancethepreparationofanoverallbusinessstrategywiththemanagementofthesmalldetailsofrunningabusiness.
