国外留学offer（海外学校offer）

Offer一般会先给你一个email通知，但也不排除有的学校不发email直接发平信的情况。

这个通知有可能是录取你的教授发的，也有可能是系里的小秘发的。我们先看看一个Email的OfferLetter的例子，同时我们来具体解释一下其中的关键部分（英文是原文，汉语是给出的解释）。

Ifyouwishtoacceptthisappointment,pleaserespondinwritingbyApril15（看得出来是参加了4.15协议的学校，后面有专门介绍）.UnderaresolutionoftheCouncilofGraduateSchools,acceptanceofanofferoffinancialsupportforthenextacademicyearcompletesanagreementthatbothyouandPurdueUniversityexpecttohonor.IfyouacceptourofferbeforeApril15andsubsequentlydesiretowithdrawyouracceptance,youmaysubmitinwritingaresignationoftheappointmentatanytimethroughApril15.However,anacceptancegivenorleftinforceafterApril15commitsyounottoacceptanotherofferwithoutfirstobtainingawrittenreleasefromPurdueUniversity.

正式的OfferPackage里面一般至少会有一封OfferLetter和一个AcceptanceForm。此外，如果是系里发来的，还可能包括系里的教授介绍、课程介绍等等。如果是研究生院发来的，还可能包括健康证明、学校介绍、租房协议等等。一般来说第一次的OfferPackage不包括I-20表，但也有少数学校会连同I-20表一起，把offerletter寄给你。

如果你收到的不是offer，而是admission，那么你的AdmissionPackage一般与此类似，可能多出来的就是财力证明表。
